If you wish to fill out our online Reservation Inquiry Form to check availability, we will email or call you back within 2 business days.

TO BOOK YOUR GRAND CANYON RAFTING TRIP

To book your Grand Canyon Whitewater rafting adventure, call us to check availability. $400 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Balance is due 90 days prior to trip departure. We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GRAND CANYON RAFTING TRIPS

Your deposit is refundable less a $100 service charge per person, if written notification is received by Grand Canyon Whitewater 90 days before departure.

89 days to 11 days prior to departure will forfeit the deposit.

Within 10 days of departure will forfeit full fare.

National Park Entrance Fee

All passengers 16 and older are required to pay a $12 National Park Entrance Fee.

Grand Canyon Conservation Fund

An optional $1 per day will be added to all fares and distributed, through the Grand Canyon River Conservation Fund, to worthy conservation groups such as Grand Canyon Youth, Grand Canyon Trust and others. This is used for research and protection of the Grand Canyon, and to provide access to the river for persons with disabilities.

One Trip Per Year

Due to limited availability, the National Park Service has limited use in the popular Lees Ferry to Diamond Creek section of the Colorado River to one recreational river trip per individual each calendar year. Because of this regulation, Grand Canyon Whitewater cannot accept a reservation from any individual who has or will participate in any other full or partial canyon commercial or non-commercial river trip within the same calendar year. If you have already completed or have plans to participate in any other Grand Canyon river trip this year and would like to go again, please respect your fellow boaters by waiting until next year or sometime thereafter to book your next trip. Grand Canyon National Park’s one-trip-per-year rule is strictly enforced.
